Our FedRooms Rate Guarantee ensures that all FedRooms properties offer Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible rooms and facilities. ADA compliance means that FedRooms properties will:
●Provide accessible guest rooms with specific design features like grab bars near toilets and showers, and visual fire alarms
●Make all facilities and amenities available to disabled guests
●Train staff on ADA compliance and interacting with disabled guests such as being able to help acquaint guests with ADA features
●Modify policies/services as needed for equal access
●Allow service animals on property
